Abstract

Retail customer loyalty is driven through convenient, consistent, and immersive experiences. In order to deliver these experience ecosystems and embedded finance, retailers need to look beyond their first party data; they need to understand behavior, preference, and psychographics. Getting back to these basics, retailers can transition from customer centricity to experience centricity, driving better ROI on AI investments in the process.
