ValleyML presents a unique combination of AI Technology, researchers, industry elites and prospective clients in one single iconic event. It’s the ideal platform for innovative engineers, marketing veterans, business leaders, decision makers, media analysts and investors looking to generate buzz and network. In 2022, we’re all set to host an in-person conference, followed by a virtual one a week later. 

We have a global outreach to close to 200,000 professionals in AI and Machine Learning. The focus areas of our members are AI Robotics, AI in Enterprise and AI Hardware. This event is open to 500 in-person attendees, and expected to draw 2,000+ combined attendees across the globe! 
We are looking for expert speakers from the pool of technical or management leaders in machine learning and artificial intelligence in different industry verticals.

Call for Speakers

A unified Call for Presentations from industry for ValleyML AI Expo 2022 is now open.

This year’s AI Expo Conference features In-person Keynotes/Panels(Aug 9-10) and Virtual Keynotes (8 AM – 9:30 AM, Aug 16-17), which need to be sponsored by speakers’ companies, and the following tracks for the virtual event (Aug 16-17):

  • CxO Insights
  • AI Implementation
  • AI Finance
  • AI Retail
  • AI Robotics
  • AI Hardware
  • AI Healthcare
  • AI Ops

Submit your talk proposal by May 31st, 2022 to participate in a series of in-person talks and discussions on Aug 09th – 10th and virtual and global talks on Aug 16th – 17th.

Do you or any of your team have a formal presentation to contribute to this event?

All selected speakers will be entitled to attend the conference free of charge.
We are particularly interested in case studies—especially ones that have proven ROI.
All submissions will be reviewed by the AI Expo Committee who will select the presentations for AI Expo 2022.​

The committee places higher value on presentations that provide:

  • High quality content, including: title, session description and learning objectives
  • New information, emerging and/or innovative approaches, practices or techniques
  • Case studies, success stories & lessons learned by the organization itself
  • Specialized topics related to key practice areas of the conference

Speaker Requirements

All the speakers need to provide their

  • bio
  • photo
  • abstract (for talks) 

For Panel Talks, the panel moderator needs to provide  his/her bio along with the panel description and the bios and photos of all the panelists.

All the speakers and panelists need to electronically sign the Speaker Appearance Agreement.
